Have any of you fig sages ever come across this one? I was perusing some nursery catalogues from The Austin Nursery of F.T.Ramsey from 1909 to 1947 which, among his other figs, lists this from 1923 on. In the catalogues he states that is was a seedling and, of course, extolled its virtues. I squinted mightily at the tiny little black and white pictures but really can't say much about the leaf. The fruit is supposedly a yellowish brown and he sold thousands and even had a testimonial from Illinois. The man was a very reputable nurseryman.
