RdB Purple tip?

Hi, I'm new to fig growing this year. I've got a Hardy Chicago that's doing nicely and I got some Ronde de Bordeaux cuttings, which have dwindled down to two possible survivors. Once is a sickly thing that has several poorly formed leaves, and one that is doing much nicer. The nicer one is what has me worried at the moment; it was growing new healthy looking leaves for a couple months--all from one branch--then about two weeks ago stopped. The leaf bud surrounding the tip went stagnant and shed a layer revealing a purple tip, which hasn't changed.

Should I be worried about this or chalk it up to autumn?

Thanks!

Kevin

This is the time when they start to go dormant. It might not die.
If you wish to keep it going put it inside near a sunny window and watch your watering.

Are they growing indoors or outdoors?  Pauses in growth can occur due to a number of reasons but it doesn't sound like a serious issue, especially since we are now into October.  They should start going dormant in 2-3 if growing outdoors.

These are all outdoors. The sad sickly plant is the only one in a pot.
