RdB is a little hardier to come by. Trees pop up for sale on EBay from time to time.

VdB is for sale at many online nurseries. Raintree and Edible Landscape are two. Do a search and you will find more.

The RDB seems to be very hard to come by.  I haven't been able to find one outside of the expensive ones on E-bay.   I refuse to bid that high.  If you find a source let me know.  I would pay for it, but just not the $80-150 prices they seem to get up to.   What is heart-breaking is that they seem to be readily available outside the US.  But you can't get them here.  I'm hoping cutting are shared on this forum this winter.    I'm realatively new to the forum and don't have anything unique enough to trade though.  Good luck and If I find something I will sure let you know.

He sells cuttings but you must pay for the phytosantiary, import permit and shipping, I don't know if he sells plants in the summer though.
