I read that across the USA over 1100 cold temp records were broken.  The temp read a low of 65F in the greenhouse yesterday morning.  I hope there is still enough heat left for Black Madeira.

It's definitely been a strange year for weather.

I would not worry about 65 in greenhouse for your madeira as it was in low 50s at night with highs in 60s here for several days and last weekend was chilly in 60s for high's now things are warming up hitting 80 .
Everything here will just later but still enough time is my hope.

Not so warm in my back yard. High of 70's for the last week and more to come.

99F here today.  Tell you what, I'll send 10F to Art and 10F to Martin, that still leaves me with 79F for my figs.

So jealous of you guys right now, I would kill for a week of temps with heat index below 110 this time of year! Likely not to see a high in the 70s until late October...sigh
