Zaitun,In this link - an Australian one, it appears the conadria called "red" is a green fruit with a strawberry colored flesh.http://figs4fun.com/archive/archive021.html Perhaps it got the "red" as a nickname" because of the red flesh, but even though this conadria is also called red conadria it is a green fig.My guess would be the folks in the link you have listed are confused as I've not seen a red conadria listed for sale and both types of conadrias I have seen are green figs.My guess anyway.Salaammgg
Hi Michael ,Thank you for your information , You are right , seem they call it as "Red Conadria" in Australia . I thought there is another type of "Conadria Fig" as on the website photo.Once again Thanks,Salam,Zaitun
See this recent post, there may be some mix-up or something? http://figs4funforum.websitetoolbox.com/post/red-conandria-fig-6167246?highlight=conadria
About 500 names world wide for one fig. i dont think any 5 people can agree on a single one so what they over there call tomato, those guys over there call tomoto, and down south the call it ketchup, while there it is catsoup. and would you like a pop, well pop's my dad and he's in the car i was looking for soda. it gets rather confusing.
