Red Israel

A large juicy fig, thin skin, 70 g on average.
Quite productive and very vigorous.
Tastes like it looks, with Berry tones.

Awesome Igor!  RI is a good one!  A very fast grower for me in Charlotte.

Both look very good. A good size at 70g's.

Tight eye or open?

Some have a tight eye and some have a bit open but not too bad.

Definitely beautiful and the conjecture that caprification resulted in the rounder shape due to the swollen seeds inside versus KK's uncaprified fig grown in NJ is likely the spot on correct conclusion...
