Does anyone know of a table that shows relative ripening times of the different cultivars? I know they will ripen different times in different places, but I can infer ripening order. I want to have early, mid- and late ripening. Also, I have a spot that gets more shade in late summer and want an early fig there so the shade will not effect the ripening of that tree.
