Nice plant Martin, where do you keep it?

Martin, that must be a leopard plant with all them spots. It's still a fine looking plant though and seems to be growing well.
"gene"

ps: thanks for this and all the pictures of you young trees.

It looks almost identical to a Black Mission I have, maybe 5 solid leaves on the entire plant, similar if not the same leaf shape.

Chivas i see what your saying it is Roja not Mission .
I wish not to say anything else because we all know what happens when names are mentioned. ; )

Hey Martin ,

I have a few younger plants showing similar spotting on the leaves . Is it sun related because it's been unusually hot and dry here .

Thanks .... John

Hi John, i cannot honestly answer that i just do not know .  :)

Martin, is this also known as Cul du Ruc, a spanish fig ?

Paully it came to me as Roja as you know some are called different names i just do not know that answer im sorry.

Nonetheless, all 35,000 of us want cuttings from that tree barely 2 feet tall  ;)

Just to compare the mottling, I am seeing on a couple different trees, my Negronne as well.

I see how the apex of the leaf on  the Roja is more pronounced than the Mission.
