Just out of curiosity, in the second picture, given the roots and the green sprouts, any thought to clipping that off for potting and returning the remaining cutting for more rooting?

How long have they been rooting in the moss before these pics were taken?

the lsu purple took 6 days.
the black mission was more like 2 weeks.

6 days to get that root explosion? Insane!
