"root en route"

Who can complain about this?!

Get a cutting, have it in the house for less than a week, don't even take the time to scrub and clean it, leave it in the bag it shipped in ... only to look a few days later and find seven football shaped half-inch long roots shoving out of the bottom??!!!

Thanks to the member that sent me this Südliche cutting along with a couple others.  It's in good hands, hoping it will be pushing roots against the sides of the cup in less than a week!

Yes, it happens sometimes, a good cutting can root en-route and a bad cutting rots/mold when delayed in transit.
I remember someone sent QP cutting to Paully and his address label fell off somewhere so it was returned to the sender. The sender mentioned the the cutting had a lot of long roots worth potting right away.

i thought it couldn't get any easier than the Conadria and Lattarrula I got a couple months ago.  This blows that out of the water ;)

Bugasota cuttings rooted enroute to me recently from Toronto.

Jason, I would not throw that bag away.

Congrats Jason, It does happen sometimes that happened to me this year with a cutting of my brown turkey i cut off  a 2 year old piece it had roots like that in two days in sphagnum I have never seen anything like it.

Thanks for posting Jason. Wish they were all that easy!

It's a magic baggie!

Sadly, it came with no label, no manufacturer, and it's a little beat up, so I don't know what brand it is to buy more!  ;)
