Wow, nice rooted cutting, it look great.
In My area, It is very moisture year around, My house with leaking roof from previous owner and I fixed it, I believe " mold count in air" is very high in my house.
I tried zip lock bag method twice, Both end up with mold and yeast without seeing tiny root.
My coworker prepare Zip lock bag with cutting in his brand new house, he locked the bag and gave it to me, in my house, after one week, it grew 1/16" root alike dots, As long as I un-locked zip bag, it molded quickly.
My coworker, His area is very clean with low " mold count in air", He told me that just put cuttings in a cup of water/ change water once every 2 days in his sunny window, it roots faster than ziglock bag method with more roots.
I homemade wine before, and everyone use " Potassium Sorbate" at end stage to preservative to help prevent re-fermentation.
I saw it somewhere that we can use it to slow down mold/yeast grow to root fig cuttings.
