I air layered a RdB and decided there was much more top growth than the root system could support so I find myself with a few green cuttings. They are really green as in they grew in the last 2 months.
Wound up with three pencil thick 8 inch cuttings stripped down to a couple of leaves each in a glass of dechlorinated water on on the windowsill, no direct sunlight this time of year in this window. While I have rooted dormant cuttings these greenies are a first for me.
Any suggestions on additional techniques to boost success rates?
Was thinking about adding an air stone and air pump to add O2 to the water as I read that new roots in water love O2.
Maybe a humidity dome of some sort?
