Was out moving some trees around today it may storm with some brief high winds.

By looking at the white supporting stick you can see the growth from last 12 days in the dated pictures.

My JH adriatic did something similar this past two weeks.  It jumped up about 2'.  It started this March as a 9" tall air layer sent by a figfriend.  It's currently 5' tall and has produced 7 figs (I removed 4 already).

Going to nip top and put into bigger container.
Curious to see if this one drop figs in future seasons .

I'm tempted to also pinch the main leader on my JHA, but I am always leary of pinching and the subsequent branching because it is one of those things that just can't be UNdone ;)
