Pete writes - Martin, thanks for the pic. Is Rouge de Bordeaux similar to Ronde de Bordeaux or are they completely different in taste, texture etc.
Although i have yet to taste Rouge it is a different cultivar than my Ronde as leaf shape is not the same .
I have Pastiliere thats the one where i have read that they may be same plant .
But these things i have to see for myself.
In short i will find out in future about Pastiliere and Rouge as the Rouge matures more and bear ripe main crop for me one day.
