Running out of windows (pics)

Here are some pictures of my little fig nursery. I have them in four stages. Stage one is in the moss, Stage two, is the East window just potted, Stage three is in the South window were they get more sun. Stage four is the south window also, these are the big boys. I have them in my lazy way of watering. I have to water ALL these pots a lot. This little fig nursery is in my family room were my wood stove runs 24/7. Average temps at night are around 65-68 and 72-83 during the day. Wife said is was ok to use south windows in the kitchen next :) . I have a lot of cutting going in the moss making roots. One tree even has a fig. I know these trees are going to need a lot harding off in the spring, but I'm having fun now.

Nothing like having your figs staring out the window laughing at the snow!!!

Some of those figs are going to grow up thinking they are grapes.

need a double decker window.  I made a shelf at the split of the two windows, so I can fully use all the light, since I only have one window

This is a problem I can very much sympathize about as in my house you can't get anywhere near a southern facing window. The plants haven't taken over --yet -- but they have the front row seats to this weekend's snow.

Frank i see a windowless wall make a hole in it and put in a another window for more figs plants.  Rofl !

I like the fig photos, but not the snow outside the window.  Left that all behind this past May, hopefully forever!

Time to add more windows and sills!! :-)

I filled up 2 more windows in the kitchen. Someone in the house is not a happy camper, oh well.
