I have this same pattern of brown spotting a most of my fig trees right now effecting approximately 1/2 the leaves.  I have sprayed the leaves with neem, but that is about it.

Just wondering what it is and if I should be worried.           

Maybe, but could be underwatered a bit?

Thanks for the idea Jon. It showed up initially right after the heavy rain last week in San Diego.  It has since then gotten worse.  I sprayed them with neem and it certainly didnt help.  I am wondering if it made it worse. All pots are showing wet or close to wet on my moisture meter.

Some of my leaves looked like that after spraying neem as well. My guess it is the result of the neem and maybe the sun hitting the neem.

Having so much rain here  I am seriously worried about my figs in pots outside    I also sprayed with neem   and my leaves look like that also.   Oh gosh   keeping my fingers crossed.  :(

It looks like Don was right, the neem was to blame.  I haven't sprayed with neem since and there hasn't been any spread of the spots.  Also new leaves that emerged after I sprayed are fine.
