Francisco, this one looks a lot like my unknown. Mine is a bit lighter inside, but some are pinkish like yours...huh... breba and main?

San Luis produces just the main crop which are the one am showing.
On certain areas they have more yellow/whitish pulps...very sweet!

San Luis is a very prolific fig,
Through the month of August is very popular in many rural and  farmer's markets, taking transport quite well, with very minor damaging.
