The three to the right of the coin is Stella and the single one to the left is Staten Island Bomb.Just like Vasilika, the Stella has a very similar taste to the Bomb. Today they got even ratings. Gave them all a 9. S.I. Bomb was really good but not as good as the few from the other day.

Envy all over the place, Art.
Do you have a photo of Staten Island Bomb leaves?
Hi Kubota1,Congrats!Stella is a strain that is supposed to be cold hardy, but curiously, nurseries here don't sell it ... Go figure ...Do you have pics of the leaves ?
Art, The Stella and SIB figs look to be the same to me, and the leaves did also. Glad you enjoyed them. You can buy Stella at nurseries in the US jdsfrance, perhaps it goes by the name Cordi or something else in France? Mike in Hanover, VA
Pino & jdsfrance, here are a few pictures of the leaves.I'm pretty sure that Stella, S.I. Bomb, and Vasilika Sika w/long finger leaves are the same or very close kissing cousins.Just like any tree you are going to have figs that are out of this world and the next day they are just good. I think the figs that I ate the other day from S I Bomb just happened to be one of those great fig days. All three have a very similar taste profile and leaf pattern.
