Sal ( 2007 Giants ) sent me this plant ,  parent plant came from Italy.
I know it is dear to .
Its a dark type and next season i taste the figs.

Coming out of winter storage i lost full season of growth but it came back very strong.

I got a chance to see his in-ground tree down in FL earlier this year.  It is a beauty.  I indirectly got a cutting of it and it rooted lovely, it's about 2' tall right now.  Looking forward to it.

Ya, Sal tried to get me to dig a part of it out when I visited him.
Make long story short, I didn't. wasn't able to.

Anyway, He made good on his offer and dug it out himself later on. HeHeHe
Mind is doing good too.
