I hate when it doesn't have sap but needed another day for sugars...

This Fig needed about 2 more days to be fully ripe! You lose a lot of taste just picking a couple of days early. :)

All of us get over anxious when it comes to tasting our figs. Nice photos Frank. I remember when you first started to post and how excited you were when getting some cuttings. Now you have a nice collection and are able to taste the fruits of your labor. The excitement is still there and I know it will probably be there forever. Good luck and good growing.

Thanks Wayne and you are 100% right! Just in the last 2 or 2 1/2  years I have really appreciated the Fig! Now, I am like a kid in a candy store! Thank you Wayne for your observations....:)

I think the last days is when most of the sugars are pumped in
