Sal's EL Photos

Here is some photos of what  I think is a great Fig.....I finally got to eat one, after fighting with the squirrels,Coons, Birds....Etc.....: ) It was really delicious!

Yes,I have it,very good fig,and different than other Mt Etna figs,on account fruit is more round,just like in your pix.

I have cuttings that seem to be about to show root initials. I hope they grow figs like that.

Nice Frank.  I might get a few from mine if they hurry.  Critters haven't found my fig patch yet or they're afraid of the Vader-nator.

Looks good, I presume it has the taste to match.
Frank how would you describe the plant, is Sal's EL a vigorous grower and producer.

~very nice ,you know this is one tough tree,i had one growing ,doing great and the tractor mower broke it off flush with the ground. so i said awe i will just stick the broke off piece back in the ground next to the tiny stump,well now i got two of them it re rooted and the orriginal is growing again too.~

John..Yes, it's a very fast growing, and a  tough tree! Mine in the ground, was froze to the ground level,  we had  7 degrees F one night last Winter..When Spring came, these small green limbs came and now it's around 4 to 5 ft. tall with Figs....: )

Looking good! Hopefully you can fend off the wildlife and get a few more.
