Well thanks for the hand comments !  They do look better since retirement but now i feel pain in both sometimes perhaps from the work i did or just plain getting old. Naw im young still but body wont listen to that.

Remis i took all my figs in this evening even the big ones (sigh) its suppose to get down to 33 tonight.
Now some have leaves not real big and i just dont want to set them back then the fig shuffle i did would have been for nothing so i play safe.

I did same Martin, today I am taking them out again . Tonight F 38 , they should be fine.

Is Santa Cruz a hot spot for figs?  I'm going there this summer for a month.  Also going to Tacoma--are there any unique cuttings that I should look for while there?  I live in Virginia zone 8.
