Backfired on me, oh well
Thanks again Jeff ..You know the saying...Do unto others as you would have them do to you. This is one of the reasons I joined this forum to help out other members.
Some good choices so far
Anthony it is great for you to give the Sals to Sarah.
Rated, it wouldn't narrow it down much for me to pick one I can't pronounce.
Dieseler, I think if you got a green fig for Christmas you would be looking around to see where the switch and piece of coal were that came with it.
JH Adriatic so that I will have a green fig that tastes great and grows well here. I have the best dark fig that grows here, Negronne....so all I need is a great green fig. Ho Ho Ho
Cookie,
jH Adriatic has a good reputation. I recently acquired one and look forward to sampling one for myself in a year or two.
Hopefully you'll get one soon.
I would have to say Noir De Caromb, I have heard wonderful reviews about this fig but unfortunatly it is very hard to find, so second choice would be between three. RdB, Red Lebon, or black bethleham. these three look fabulis, so much i couldnt pick one above the other until i have tasted them.
Dave, I know what ya mean. If I couldn't get Socrro Black second choice would be Lebanese Red looks amazing and I like the stories behind how it got here
The Madeira figs: Black Madeira, Figo Preto, Figo Branca, and Abebereira. Oh, I was supposed to ask for one fig, please make it one grafted to all four. :)
