Well, maybe not so little.
Just picked up a beast of a fig tree.

A MARSEILLAISE, aka Pope's ******* or Fig of Naples.
It's in it's first year and over 9 and a half feet tall!
No fruit yet.
Past owner swears he did not over- fertilize the tree.
And of all the fig trees he has ever grown, this one was by far the most
vigorous tree he has ever seen.
Not much info out there on this French/ Italian tree, and the info that I have found can be confusing.
Some sites state it's a small rounded yellow fig with amber flesh , others state it's a larger green fig with red flesh.
Oh, the joy of fig collecting...
