Just wanted to thank Gloria Ramaley for hosting the Fig Gig. She put a lot of work into making it a thoroughly enjoyable experience. It was great to meet other forum members, to put some faces to forum 'noms de plume' whom we may have corresponded with or swapped cuttings over the winter. Nice to have a chance to "talk figs", successes and failures with other aficionados. The facilities were great, the food delicious. Many of us returned home with new varieties and several interested people returned home with their very first fig trees to plant. Thank you Gloria for all your work on behalf of the Forum.
