Seeking additional info on the following varieties.......

I have cuttings or small starts of a few varieties of figs that I've received in trade both last season as well as this season.

The first one is Caucasus-3. I see that Jon does have some info on his varieties pages and that's great. Just curious if anyone has experience with this one. Questions come to mind such as; How cold hardy is it? What's the flavor like, etc? I also see that Jon has Caucasus-1 & 6 but no other info is listed yet. What about 2, 4, & 5 - lol - ?

The next two I rec'd last season from a fellow forum member. They came to me labeled as Baskinta Lebanese Purple and Baskinta Lebanese Brown. Does anyone know anything about these two? I was successful at getting a small tree of each one started from cuttings. Any extra info would be greatly appreciated.

One more: How about Beayz Faralya? I'm sure the person I rec'd this one from may know more about it but just trying to open some additional dialog so we can all learn some more about this one as well as the others mentioned above.

Brugmansia-Quebec has this as the only info. I am getting the purple version next spring.

Rare variety native to Baskinta in Lebanon.

Bill,
I have both Caucasus-3 and Beayza Faralya but they are tiny little trees. They will fruit this summer. I'll have more info next year.

Thanks for the info guys. Guess we'll just have to keep the ones we have going and see how they play out.
