hey Peter, my tree grows like a weed but the figs don't have much taste or flavor. My tree has worn out its welcome. I am considering removing it from my orchard. I got another one growing in a pot and maybe this one will produce some tasty figs......i don't know. I probably got a bad strain. I started a different strain from a forum friend and those cuttings have rooted. but it will be at least 2 years before the jury is out on those. Come April 1st, I will be adding 30 more trees to my orchard.
I got one Peter's Honey and one Latturulla growing side by side. Both PH and L are different but pretty tasteless. So, come April 1st, I may be installing 32 instead of 30 new trees.
