Shortest Amount of Time it Takes to Break Dormancy?

Hello Everyone,

This will be my first winter dealing with dormancy--I could use a little help. My worst case scenario is that I'll have to move all my figs from winter storage into my house on Christmas day. It'll be 70-75 degrees in my house that day, and they'll be in there for 16-20 hours. After Christmas ends I can move them back to storage. Will the buds break and I'll be stuck with them in my house for the rest of the winter?

Thanks for the help,
-Ross

Why you bringing them in for Christmas ? You giving them presents ?? Lol ;))

They will be fine in doors. They wont brake dormancy. Just like outside you have sone warm days here and there at winter tine

LOL, Richie... Maybe...

The room I store them in is an addition to our house that we don't heat in the winter, but on Christmas day we heat the room and use it when we have 40/50 guests over that night.

Anyway, that's a huge relief. I knew it couldn't possibly be instant, but I needed some reassurance.
