In GA Zone 7b-8a Should I be seeing signs of brebba on yearlings by now? (if I'm going to have any)

in your area which is warmer than mine, should see main crop. my 1 yr old and and older are putting on main crop now.

Sometimes certain cultivars take a little longer than others to produce.
If your plants look healthy and happy then all they need is time.
