That's one of those banyon trees I think they are called right? In Florida, not a common fig, different species

A single tree grows acres wide in India: probably the largest tree in the world by volume. The fruits are not edible to humans but birds love and spread them.

I think that the tree would cause problems for you.  Leaves would clog the gutters.  Branches could put unnecessary weight on the roof of the house.  Too bad, it has some pretty foliage.

Chainsaw the tree for it won't yield any edible fruits for humans. It is no ficus carica  - from the leaves I see.
How big is the house ? :p
Does it have lots of land attached ?

It looks like they started building the house and then discovered the tree was too close and had to cut out that wedge to put the roof on, not confidence inspiring.

I have now backed out of the house that tree would have been 5,000 to remove and a brand new house already has water and mold damage. Her comes my town home
