Should I put fig plants outside from Greenhouse?

My all figs are sprouting inside greenhouse. In NYC night time temp is about 37 mean at night. Should i put fig plants outside now or wait?

Thank you

Not yet.  For keeping them outside overnight, you should wait until the danger of frost is in the past.  (And in NYC that means at least another month, then pay attention to the weather forecast).  But if you don't mind moving them outside during the day, and back inside whenever there's a cold night coming, that's an option.  But since you've got a greenhouse, just keep them inside until the danger of frost has passed.

Thanks Mike!

I use the Burpee gardening app. It tells me when to plant indoors and when to move out doors.
It says April 28 is the time to transplant the tomato plants into the garden

Thanks for the info.

I will be moving mine out shortly, even with a light freeze (for me that is -3 c) they will be fine, the winter damage is done as far as I am concerned.

I am also in New York, and I will not move the fig trees out until the first week of may, and will keep the rare ones until mid of the month...it is still too cold at night.

I started the fig shuffle today. They got a nice watering with the rain we are having and are looking good. I do however bring them back into the garage at night. A bit of a pain, but it keeps me in the game. Too early for the overnight for us.
