Show me the photos of Figs growing from cracks in walls

I have done my due dilligence on the web looking for figs growing between cracks in concrete, stone, or anything.  I can't locate any of those here, and they are here, but nothing comes up because i don't know the search word.  If you have such a photo, please post it here.  Thank you very much.

thank you!  I love them!!  We have so many boulders on our property, I would love to test this theory.  With a rooted cutting from one of my trees.... not something I want, just a test on a tree I own.

Suzi , those are from seeds …not from cuttings J

I promise.  I will take a photo of the crack in the rock, and the rooted cutting inserted.  It's an experiment, but there is a lot of compost in those cracks.  We pulled out a lot of weeds recently that were growing in some.  It's nicely damp down there, and probably very fertile.  I have two VDB's so she will be the experimental variety.  We have pine trees growing out of rocks, and many native trees also.

I love the photos!  Thank you!

pako, yes, seeds.  So was everything else growing in cracks in our huge boulders, but I'm going to try a rooted cutting.  I'd like a little control over the rocks on our land.

If you think about it, it's dark in those rock cracks, warm from the sun, protected from predators, and just a little damp.  I will admit, this is not something that would work in all climates.  But this is a Mediterranean climate, so chances are on my side.
