Showing off my cuttings

Here's some photos I took this morning of my cuttings. I am so tickled they did as well as they have, me being a newbie, of course, I lost several cuttings. Some of these cuttings were gave to me and some I bought...I haven't rode my Motorcycle in a while (fooling with these cuttings) I swear, I really think fooling with figs, has got to be close to being  a "Crackhead" except Figs are not Dope.... thank God! Thought y'all might want to see my cuttings so far, I started some of them in Early Fall, they stayed under growing Lights for 24-7 until mid April..

Thanks to everyone here who has helped me out with cuttings and advice. I sure have learned a lot in a short time and have a lot more to learn. Thanks to everyone here, this is an Outstanding group of people..: )

They look good.

Very nice ! In these rushed world I meditate every so often, but tending my figs I find total relaxation.

Hey Frank

Looking really good there in Alabama. Looks a mini-nursery that you have at your doorstep.

You are no longer a newbie, Frank. They look beautiful!

They really seem to enjoy the humidity :) They're looking great, well done!

Looking good Frank. What process did you use to root them?

Nice job, Frank.  Although, you realize that after rooting that many cuttings you won't be able to use the "newbie" excuse anymore! :D

Rooted them in  plastic shoe boxes with moist Sphagnum Moss. :)

Wow, they look great.  Apparently you are ALL IN... the fig bug has got you!

I'm new as well, and I thought I got the bug having acquired 9 varieties since January!   You got me beat by a longshot!

Nice job, and you are officially no longer a newbie.

Good job! You look like a seasoned pro.

Very nice, they look great!

Lovely work Frank, they look awesome :)

Nice work, Frank.  Yours are a little ahead of mine growth wise.  You said that you started some in early Fall - how old are the youngest in the pictures?

For those with more knowledge than me - that is mostly everyone here :) - you would not normally plan to let this size new trees bear figs this year(well, maybe one for a taste), would you???

Great work!  Congratulations.

Nice, Frank!  Really good work there.  That shows a lot of patience, diligence, and love.  Soon enough you'll be tasting the fruits of all your labor.

Nate

Frank,

Very healthy looking plants..the joy of success.

Nicely Done Frank....you lose the newbie title.

Very nice collection Frank. It is truly a crazy obsession we have

Looks great, Frank! Hope you're enjoying today's autumn weather :)
