Siciliano Verde Bianco - anyone heard of it??

This is my Siciliano Verde Bianco rooted from a cutting this year. It has pretty distinct leaves.. when it first leafed out it almost looked like ice crystal type leaves but have since changed a bit. The main crop figs are still green from this 1st year plant. Anyone have any experience with this one?

Adding some more pictures this year to see if anyone recognizes this fig by another name maybe??

The leaves appear a bit different this year.. not so jagged. It started dripping honey out the small eye and was full of syrup which makes it a keeper for me. This was a nice tasting fig. Rich and sweet. Unfortunately it only produced 1 fig so hoping for more next year.

oh and btw..... GO BLUE JAYS!!!! :)

Hi Tyler
Very nice looking fig and interesting leaves!
Would love to trade you for it!

Tyler it is a dark fig, in Italian it should be neither "verde" nor "bianco" as those terms apply only to white or green figs.

hi Rafael yes I think I will just label it as an Unknown Sicilian.

Sicilian Dark Unk.!!!!!
