Any idea how can I help my fig? :( I read about liquid dish.

Try a topical copper sulfate application.

Try:

2 - 500mg aspirins dissolved in a quart of water.  Spray top and bottom surfaces of leaves.  Repeat for a few days. 

5 tbsps of 5% vinegar in 1 gallon of water.  Spray leaves only.

Mash 2 cloves of garlic and blend paste into 1 quart of water.  Strain, and then add a few drops of liquid dish-washing soap to this solution.  Spray leaves.

Organic treatments for: Rusts, Powdery Mildews, Black Spot, Sooty Molds, etc.

KEEP THE LEAVES OF YOUR TREES DRY AND EXPOSE THE TREES TO GOOD AIR CIRCULATION SO LEAVES DRY OUT QUICKLY.

No, no, "okopcony pleśni" is wrong. ;) I decided to harvest one leaf and go to the shop tomorrow. I think that the seller will be able to help me.

So, so sorry for the confusion.  Thanks for calling attention to my posting.  I should have explained this listed information much better.

I have listed three alternative treatments.  Pick one, and try it for a few days.  These potential remedies are easy to use, totally safe, and easily prepared.  There are also organic preparations that are widely available.  To be effective all the leaves, and I mean every leaf... has to be completely coated with these solutions and applied often, until the symptoms go away.  The best prevention is to keep the leaves dry, never wet foliage when watering and provide good air circulation so that rain soaked leaves can dry quickly.

Commercial products like Bordeaux Mixture (copper sulphate) are probably more effective, but some may not want to use strong chemicals, etc. around edibles.

Question,

Does this type of condition affect the entire tree or just the leaves?
Can one remove the leaves and then spray it in an effort to start it over again?

Reason why I ask is because I have done this in the past with trees that were heavily affected by FMV.
I would remove the leaves and some of the branches and fertilize. Seemed to help a bit.

I have also sprayed milk on to the mildew stained leaves on some of my roses and that helped a bit as well.

A few days ago the seller told me that it was rust. (orange dots on the leaves ). And he gave me a preparation for spraying.

from what we saw at Suzi's tree (she had a similar case) and also Costas in london, I had one tree delivered from e-bay(i don't know why...)and had similar leaves...I just cut the leaves that had that black spots and separated the pot from the rest of my trees , just in case...After the new leaves emerged they were all normal and healthy looking, never saw the black spots again.

Rust, that's what I thought. You could just do nothing as it is a normal process depending on the climate and that occurs on old(er) leaves.
If you have the possibility to give more sun (less shadow) to your trees, it is the best thing you can do.
If you're having too much rain and you can provide a clear plastic roof to your tree, that will help the leaves not getting wet and thus not further developing rust .
How is / has been your climate ? Fairly too wet, or ? IS the tree in a shadowy spot ?

Yeah, but almost all my leaves have this orange or black dots. So I won't cut this leaves, because my tree will be bald.  ;)

@jdsfrance Yeah, i have too much rain, right now is raining. Days are warm or hot, but often rains. I decided dried soil a little in container and transplant to the garden next week. (The biggest fig figs, and maybe Perretta too).
