Hello, I'm new to this forum and trying to learn how to navigate.
I'm from Spain ( leaving in New mexico ) and I was borne on the province ( extremadura) that produce large quantities of figs.
I took them for granted, after all almost everyone has one in their yard or the grow in the feels anywhere ( both brevas and figs).
One of my prefer one is what we called Pellejo de toro o Pellejo duro .
I will try to download a picture, is a very sweet black fig and usually we eat it in the end of august to September.
Does anyone here know what the american equivalent or similar is?
we are building a new house and I want to have a little bit of Spain.
THANK YOU!
