SIP growers.... plastic cover material?

HI Everyone

Im making a bunch of SIP's using 5 gallon buckets, I see on bills figs that he uses some kind of plastic material to cover the soil to prevent evaporation....

I was just wondering what people use for this, some kind of thick plsatic sheet?
