Their is some small bugs crawling around in the dirt of my cutting cups. What should I do?

Does it look like a little worm with a black head? Those are fungus gnats. If they are, I would toss that dirt and use new sterile media if it's in the house. They might not harm the cutting but they can be difficult to get rid of once they start flying around and laying eggs in every pot you have.

No they look like little white baby ants. They don't look like worms they have legs and antenna's..

Ok I took a bucket of water and put a little bleach in it and washed all of the dirt away from the roots. Then put it in a bigger pot with fresh dirt..
