Thanks. Post some pics when the fruits are ripe too. :)

Hi Noss,
yes I like the leaf shape on that last one too. It was a gift from John of figaloo fame. No figs from it this year, just thought I would show off the leaves.
hey Gina, posting pics of the ripe fruit is often difficult, as its usually in my mouth before I think of a pic... but will post when  ready, probably sometime in august.

Hey Grant ,

Good job , everything looks great . Your trees seem to have gotten off to an early start , a lot of mine have not pushed out figlets yet but i think they are just about ready .
And the Niagara Black looks happy .

John

looks great grant...

hey John
thanks again for the black Niagara. Sometime this week I will be digging its pot into the ground. I'm waiting for it to take off so I can put a pot around one of the shoots. The trees got off to an ealy start because of the warm winter. My cold room that usually has ice on the ceiling in winter rarely got under 40F, so on "warmer" days in Feb and March I was taking the figs outside to keep them cool and dormant. That shuffle continued through May, although after March it was to give them sun as they were breaking dormancy. Some of the slower ones, HC from EL, an Italian white, one of the potted natalina, and some others are just now putting on bumps that might be figs or might be branches.
Thanks Eli,
the Sbayi is just starting to speed up its growth, after that relatively none active period that all my newly rooted and potted cuttings go through.
