I saw and read the reactions, the compliments, and the emails after i got home from work. My reply " I wanted to share"- That simple.. I deleted my post because it got crazy. I hope you understand. Over 1,000 members viewed my post, over 60 replies and a lot of emails later, I admit, took me by surprise. Thank you everyone for being you- I respect you more. For those who missed out. Sorry. I will PM the lucky members who requested the cuttings I have.

I know you had every bit if good intentions. I read the entire thread. Not going to choose sides here and say who was right or who was wrong.

Just use this experience as a learning tool I guess.

Your intentions were good and that is what matters.  You were not trying to pull something just be generous so no reason to hide lol.  The naming thing is very confusing so others were trying to help so it does not get worse so they were right also.   It was I think a valuable lesson to everyone.  Just my opinion of course.

Don't hide out.  As Wills said, your intentions were good.  That's what matters, IMO.  Any of us could've received the same feedback.  Yours just stood out because of the variety you have.

    Don't be intimdated by the "bully boys". They've probably been pushing people around all their lives,(usually starts in kindergarten), back then it was probably overlooked. But now that their grown "men" it's downright ugly. You seem like a nice young lady, and you offered to do a really nice thing for the members of the Forum, so don't let the comments of a few malcontents change you in any way.

The reason that thread got nasty was someone who should not have put their nose in did.......for no other reason other than the person has to post on every single thread.  Trying to work out this naming disaster is a good thing.  If people get their feelings hurt that easily well.....perhaps the internet isn't for them.

Believe it or not, that little piece of yellow plastic his left foot is a 'Lojack' GPS tracking device!
The hospital put it on while me first seeing him when just ~1 hour old.
Funny, I had previously associated Lojack  only with (expensive) automobiles...
