This is a pic of a cutting that has some roots and 3 shoots forming, one of which is prominent and appears in the attached photo. Should I now transfer out of the baggie? I am using styrofoam sips with prewet mix of 50% fertilome upm 50% unscreened perlite. I can either place the cupped cutting out under gro lights in dry air 30% humidity or inside a plastic sterlite bin for humidity conservation, also under the gro-lights. I'd love to know what suggestions the members have for me. Thank you.

I would move it to the cup. Definitely place it in the humidity bin until the roots get well established.

Looks to me (could be just me) that the roots look a little thin. Could be the Photo. I would wait a few more days until they look thicker or longer or have more roots. Wish the moss wasn't blocking so much of the roots.

Because of the shoot being that light green and leggy, I would provide light.
Light would kill roots if exposed - so I would plant the cutting in a cup with a small transparent plastic bag over it to keep some humidity for the top part.

move it to the cup. few of my cuttings are way over due to be moved. i'm waiting for friday. i was going to do them today, but it's supposed to rain outside. i might have to bite the bullet and bring out the 4th humidity bin.

Rinse the moss off, put it in a quart container with holes in the bottom and fill with damp perlite, water again and into the humidity chamber under light 14 hrs/day. Try to keep the chamber at 80F.

I personal move from moss to cups as soon as I see the slightest protrusion of a root. Maybe a 1/4 inch or so. I found the they still develop strong roots and I don't have to worry about the roots wrapping around the moss and breaking off. Like Pete hinted too sometimes life gets away from you and the roots do grow longer too and that's OK to put them in cups with longer and more roots but it becomes much more difficult at least in my experiences to do so. :-)

I would move to a cup and in humidity bin 65-80% RH until the roots grow substantially. 

The shoot that is showing is on the second lowest node.   You say you have 3 shoots so maybe you could lose that bottom one which will be buried anyway?

 

Thx Pino. It's actually the bottom node, but there are no roots above it so I will hope all three nodes take. I will go with the humidity chamber but still debating the medium.
