FMD,

Thanks for posting your orchard layout. I'm interested... What is the compass orientation? (which way north :)

Wow !

Very impressive, great job!!

thanks for posting
would be great to see a video of you walking around and showing now and later in season

The ULTIMATE treasure map!

Looking nice Frank.

Might take the family to Disney this summer so I might swing on by and check it out. Not sure though.

In my book of things its only too much when every ripe DARK fig cannot be eaten.
That should never happen.

Impressive!
How many pounds of figs per year it is translated into??

That is one nice looking orchard...nice work Frank.

wow impressive !!!!!! nice job Frank

Just getting started, Frank!  You need another 25 acres to keep up with The Celt!

I'd pay good money to walk around that yard this summer!  :)

Can we see this via google map's satellite image?

Jimmy, unfortunately, google maps has not updated for several years but you can get a good idea of the orchard site. The white spots were the first year trees covered in frost cloth.

I did do a youtube video last summer entitled Tallahassee Fig Orchard and plan on doing another one this summer.

Pete S, you will see the orientation of the orchard on the attached map.

Bob, I thought I had "jumped the shark" as it were, but good to know that there others with a bigger obsession.

Greenfig, I have the happiest, greediest and fattest birds in all of Florida. Nuff said. :((

Rafed, it would be an honor to meet you and the family. Maybe we can sample some figs. Looking forward to it.

Man, that's a beautiful piece of land.  Do you sell the figs or just indulge all summer?  Looks like more than I can handle.
