Spring Figs Available

I hope everyone is doing well. Spring is coming on very slow here in northern NJ. We had snow last week and some still remains on the ground. Despite the weather, I have brought all my figs out of storage and have a few plants available if you are interested.

Dormant (will not be for much longer):
San Piero
Ventura
Martin's Unknown

Growing (from winter cuttings):
Sal's (EL variety)

If you are interested, please send me an email (not private message). Thanks.

San Piero and Ventura are all gone. Only Martins and Sals still left.

All sold out! Thanks for helping too support my fig habit :)

Hi Steve,
good to see you around again, hope to see some pictures this season of some of your fig trees.

Probably missed steve by now, HI Steve anyway!! miss not seeing you around. Seems you pop in for a couple days to bless everyone with fig varieties, then your gone again until the next time!  Wish you well. Ciao

Hey Gang,

Good to hear from you as well. Sorry I haven't been around much. Work keeps me very busy and I'm on business travel very frequently so I'm not often around and haven't had much down-time. I hope to find some time to see what everyone has been up to and to share some nice pictures, etc.

My figs are all out of storage now but they haven't started to bud yet because it is still too cold. It looks like the weather should turn this week in NJ so they should be growing nicely in another week or so. In the meantime, I've been nursing some vegetable seeds under my grow lights ... I've got zucchini, eggplant, tomato, sweet red peppers, red onion, cantaloupe and radishes all sprouted and growing nice. I've moved the first of these outside this past week. I also planted about 25 strawberry plants that I'm looking forward to enjoying. I got an early start on the garden this year ... Ok, actually I was just getting frustrated with the long winter, got impatient and started very early. Lol.
