Ciao martin, I was a little concerned this morning. I knew it was going to get cold last night so i brought all of my figs that have already leafed out inside the kitchen and left a few of the ones with just buds on outside but in my haste I accidentally left 2 of them out that had leaves. Two Italian trees that are pretty important. I flew outside this morning when I noticed frost on the garage roofs. I looked out and found I had forgot to bring in 2 of the leafed out trees. The leaves were kind of frozen with water from the rain. It is getting to 66 degrees today, but cold again tonight, but 70 tomorrow and the rest of the 7 day forcast in the high 60's. Do you think my figs were damaged by this cold last night? I did manage to bring in 8 of the leafed out trees, naturally they are okay, why I missed those two, i have no idea. I left the ones outside that have buds, but have not opened. I don't think it will have hurt them, but the others, I am worried. I quickly dumped water on teh leaves to take the frost off of them, I don't know how I thought of that, I think thats what people have done with other plants. What do yous think? Ciao
