I came across a beautiful coin with a fig tree on it and thought I would do some more searching for postage stamps, coins and currency that might feature fig trees, fruits, etc.    I'll past a few links below that will take you to some photos.    Add others if you are aware of them since this is a topic that I have not researched thoroughly.

I am not sure, Ingevald, but you may have cabin fever from being indoors too long this winter. I know I don't have time to hunt for such things. But it is interesting.

I seem to remember fig trees on some older coins from somewhere in the Middle East.

We have not had much of a winter here in the middle of the USA but cabin fever could be a possibility.   I am definitely looking forward to new growing season possibilities.  Winter is when I make some time for some fig related research and sometimes come up with some interesting and odd things that are not quite related to cultivation.
