"Starter Kit"

OK, I'm glad they are slowly showing up at your doorsteps...I thought we will never see them, for some reason...

Thanks so much Aaron ! Got mine in today and they look great !!!!

Thanks, Aaron! The cuttings went immediately into sphagnum moss!

ok, grow grow grow :)

Thank you  Aaron ,Got mine in yesterday   they look good, can i leave them in that same bag ,and stick them in fridge ? appreciate any help thank you

Welcome Joe,
Yes, you can keep them in same bag...make sure they havent grown roots. If you see roots (especially the Armenian, it loves cool weather) start rooting.

Got mine today. Like Joe they have to go into the fridge. No more room to root right now.
Thanks Aaron

Got the cuttings today Aaron, just opened the package actually .
Thanks very much for sharing such wonderful varieties. You re spot on ,on the Armenian, I see roots trying to form so I'm starting it right now. Isabella looks root happy also!!!!
Well done brother, thanks again!

I'm glad to make few figgers happy :)

Hey Aaron. I checked the Armenian and
Isabella (in water) this morning before work and they are showing root initials already after 36 hours. Good times......
Have a great day!

Chris,
it is non of my business how you or anyone else roots their own cuttings but...there were enough experiments to come to conclusion that fig cuttings don't need to be in water to grow roots ;/
Just wrap them loosely in a barely bump paper towel and zip them in plastic bag and put somewhere warm (74-80 F).
Bt , of course, you can do whatever you wish.
In any case, I'm happy that you got somethings to root :)

Thanks Aaron. Will do.

hi i am new to the forum and wish to take advantage of you generous offer.  could you please advise me how to procede.  a sunny blessed day to you.  Joyce

Joyce,
Check your PM box please :)

Hey Aaron. First I wanted to say how sorry I am that you ended up leaving the forum in such a manner. I know you probably sneak in here and there to read about your favorite hobby( figs) and the many friends you made with your great fig discoveries and awesome advice so I hope all is well, your fig army is growing strong and you keep finding all those amazing figs. I also wanted to give a small update on the starter package I received from you. Not all the cuttings were a success story but I did end up with some beautiful fig trees from your side of the woods.
Sultani, Isabella unk, Mary Lane, Burbank , shelbourn ukn( aka violet Dauphine ) , are my thumbs up stories.
Armenian( broken by my cat while fighting with a squirrel over the pot!) victim.
Mother in laws white, never rooted for me. Victim.
Adriatic JH marked as Grasa, eaten by the previous mentioned Squirrel the day before the Armenian incident!!! Victim.
It's ironic that all my white figs died somehow and I am a white fig guy! Lol The fig Lord works in mysterious ways at times.
A huge thanks and I hope to see you posting again my Friend!
