Here's probably one of my favorite Figs "Stella", the tree is loaded this year with big yellow Figs with Red centers.Good luck, to all members here, especially the ones in Florida. : )
Beautiful fig Frank, enjoy the fruits of your labor my friend.
Nice! I just put my Stella in the ground last month. Can you describe the flavor?
How old was the tree when it produced it's first fruit?
Wow! Putting this one on my list for sure, looks really nice!
Hi, I always love seeing your well presented figs!! We are feeling the wind already here in NW Florida so thanks for thinking of us. Keep up the good work and wishing you a continuing harvest.
Thanks so much for the kind comments! : )
Thanks for posting those beautiful photos, Frankallen. I can't help but want one! Can anyone comment on how well Stella would produce figs if growing in Zone 9b's summer heat?
Beautiful fig!Do you get brebas on your Stella?
Hey Pino, have got none this year had some brebas last year. Love your beautiful Fig Photos! : )
Beautiful color on that one. Am hoping the few I have will ripen this year. I'm in 6a so probably 3 weeks behind you.
I CAN'T WAIT!!! I am really looking forward to getting figs off of my little trees. Thanks for sharing Frank!
So far had about 4-5, rest are getting ready
I "discovered" my Stella (previously an unknown I called Getty Green) about 6-7 years ago on Getty Ave Clifton. I recently saw 2 large trees in Rutherford that look identical. Been meaning to stop by and talk to them.
