Stella,ripe fruits,pix:

I had ripe fruits, exactly when Hurricane Irene started, abot Aug 29,and they were good but not their best, because of too much rain.
Today I harvested a bunch, because I am afread they will spoil, from the rain we had last night and yesterday, about 3 inches ,of rain, totall.
They are enough good for fresh consumption, and what is very good sign,is that they resisted splitting and souring, and are still in one piece.
This cultivar is another promising one.

They look very good.

At the beginning my Stella showed really bad signs of FMV on the figs,
Not so much on the leaves.
The Figs are looking better now, much less discoloration.
Even with our non stop rain I think it will be a couple of more days until they
are fully ripe. ( it is in a container on my roof )
It is one of my favorite looking figs.
Very long and plump looking.
cant wait to taste a ripe one.
