I got nine '20 gal' totes from my friend. I am considering about how to use totes as self-watering containers. Are totes' skins too tiny for fig trees?
I was thinking about using these to,being squared they would be easier to store for the winter.
you could always put 2 or 3 inside each other to strengthen them.
Some plastic storage totes are not meant to be used outside and will disintegrate in the sunlight in a year or two. But free is free.
