Suggest figs for urban farmer with greenhouse

Hi! I'm donating plants to an inner city urban farm, Z6. They have a greenhouse and only want 4 fig plants. I have a large Panache that I'm giving because of the flavor, beauty and I have a fruiting sized plant available.

What 3 other potted fig plants would you recommend? Thanks.

Panache was a disaster in my greenhouse... it didn't handle the humidity well at all.  VdB was a rock star though.  Preto was decent as well.  Maltese Falcon was ok.  Those are really all the varieties I have tried 365 in the greenhouse.

I have also heard that the fruit from a panache in humid conditions is not great. Just hearsay though.

If you're looking for fig production I would suggest;

Celeste
Mine never fail at giving me a good amount of figs and they cover different flavor groups.
